I suffered so greatly from Mira Mizrachi and I don't know if I can ever recover from the trauma. I tried to speak up about the abuse and was ignored by Haddasah HR who claimed they would investigate my claims and did not. I was also concerned for the health and safety of patients under Mira's rule because we weren't offered proper safety gear to avoid contaigions despite that I asked many times.
